We work for justice and for the rights of people who have been hurt or wronged, and who rightfully deserve compensation. We believe that our great legal system should be used only to serve those who truly need and deserve justice.

We are trial attorneys who are at our best in court. We take only cases that we plan to take to trial. We are not a “settlement mill” or a high-volume practice. Unlike many firms, we do not take a multitude of cases with the intent of settling them for pennies on the dollar.

We are at ease on our feet and comfortable in front of judges and juries. We are agile and can respond quickly to new arguments and  tactics from our opponents.

We are dedicated to our work and expect the same level of dedication from our clients. We have found that success requires an attorney/client partnership that is built on honesty, trust, and hard work from everyone involved.

Andrea Richard has big-firm experience but has chosen to work in a small-firm environment where she can focus on trial work and client service instead of billable hours. Big firms typically focus on litigating cases and not on trying cases. In other words, big firms like to bill clients a lot of money to litigate and “papercate,” but they  are often not especially skilled at actually trying cases.

The Richard Law Firm is an aggressive trial practice that advocates for clients without being burdened by the constraints common in larger firms. The firm is able to give much more personalized service and can focus on what clients really need—justice.
